Was rather fortunate to have our family suite upgraded to a presidential suite! I actually booked family suite from expedia.com.sg for a whopping 150SGD only for 4 pax. *Lucky*
I hope I get to stay here again though. We had to check out late at night as my mum was feeling unwell and having a fever.
The family suite is good for families and also staycation with friends. Would strongly recommend the honeymoon suite for newlyweds as well. Kindly note that as my room has been upgraded to the presidential suite the facilities here will undeniably be more comprehensive than the other rooms available.
Nonetheless, the standards are pretty much the same across the other rooms based on what I have seen from the Hotel Trove website.
Feel free to let me know if there are any other differences as i would love to visit Hotel Trove again.
Coffee machine is available in the living room. There is also complimentary instant Nescafe powder, English Breakfast, Jasmine green tea and Earl Grey Tea.
They even have a coffee capsule and Alkaline water dispenser (Hot and Room temperature water). The plates are really beautiful and their cutleries are pretty clean.
The bar counter seat is pretty chic, right?
In love with the ceiling lighting as well as the painting behind.The marble kitchen table is gorgeous.
There's a blue book menu that details the cost of each facility.

DESIGN LAYOUT
The living room is clean and spacious. The furnishing is astounding and comfortable. Love the way they decorate the room with real orchids, artificial plants as well as vases.
Blackish-Grey and White curtains...
Plenty of drawers to put your stuff! Sandals are provided too.
Living Room
Super comfortable and big sofa to rest and sleep and a Sony Smart TV to watch with indulgence. Coffee table available for you to put your chips and drinks~
This leather chair is rather big and classy!
Smart TV in all 3 rooms? You gotta be kidding me!
The computer desk is available at the living room. The desk chair is super comfy. There's also a mobile device at the computer desk for you to use. You can call out and also send SMS and browse the internet for free! To return back after use.
Dining table made of marble and extremely comfy dining chair.
Door to the master bedroom which has a King-sized bed.
Wardrobe lits up when the door slides. Very spacious wardrobe. Comes with a laundry bag and also ironing facilities. There is also weighing scale and sandals available. Brusher and hair dryer is also available. Lastly, the safety deposit box is available too! You can watch TV at the comfort of your own room.Bath rope is also available. The bathroom is to your left. From the master bedroom there's a glass which you can see through which is really romantic. If you are shy you can lower the binder though
I feel that the dressing table needs some improvement still. Simply basic. There are 3 telephones in this suite. One in each room
The room comes with smart TV too ! I am in love!
There are a total of 3 aircon remote. One in the master bedroom, one in the 2 x single bed bedroom and one in the living room. Very spacious suite indeed!
TOILET: BIG, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, SUITE COMES WITH BATHTUB.
There are 2 toilets in the presidential suite. One in each bedroom.
Presidential Suite/ Honeymoon Suite at level 27! Woots
The night view is breathtaking! So romantic~
Pros:
Near KSL City ( By car < 6 mins if no jam)
Near JB checkpoint (By car 12 mins if no jam)
Rather New hotel as compared to KSL hotel.
Theme-based hotels.
Total of 283 rooms with 5 different design themes.
Designs are inspired by distinctive hallmarks in Johor's history.
Facilities and Toiletries are rather modern, comprehensive and of higher-end technologies

Presidential suite is close to 5000RM (aka 1000++ SGD)

Clean toilet
During night time, a lot of pubs are open below the hotel so it's good for chilling and snacking.
Bed are very comfortable and clean. Pillows are of medium softness.
Cons:
Food choices are rather limited in the morning and afternoon.
The buffet restaurant area has a strong food stench that is quite a turn-off for me to dine there. I would rather call room service / dine out.
The wooden floor tile is slightly slippery in the living room so the wearing of sandals is needed. The bedrooms have carpets so it's okay.
The dressing room could be improved.
One of the door knobs could be loose and need some tightening.
You need to scan your card to access the room. Security is reasonable i would say. I like the way the hotel has display function with lighting that reflect if room service / do not disturb sign is on.
